Domenic brings over 40 years of experience in Construction and Real Estate, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, lead projects, and deliver exceptional results. He has overseen RFP responses, construction projects, and property management, playing a key role in various real estate and construction functions. As President and Partner of Crevier Mancini Leeswood Construction, Domenic leads operations across Quebec and Eastern Ontario from the company’s Montreal office. With expertise in business development and project management he has delivered over 20 million square feet of industrial, mixed-use, residential, and commercial spaces, including data centers. Domenic excels at managing approvals, utility connectivity, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring projects run smoothly from conception to completion. Known for his trusted network and hands-on leadership, he consistently delivers high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Tony brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, starting his career in architecture before transitioning into construction management. For the past 20 years, he has excelled as a senior estimator, managing budgets for projects as large as $600M. With a broad range of experience across various types of construction, Tony’s architectural background gives him a unique advantage on design-build projects, allowing him to contribute meaningfully to the design process and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. As Vice President of Estimation, Tony plays a critical role in ensuring that project budgets are complete, filling in any gaps when information is missing from drawings. He is also actively involved in negotiating with subtrades and providing ongoing support to project managers throughout the execution of the projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with budget and scope for a successful outcome.

Nicholas is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer by designation, with a deep-rooted passion for the construction industry. Growing up alongside his father, he attended his first site meeting at just 8 years old and began working on construction sites at 16. Over the years, Nicholas developed a strong passion for building mechanics and electrical systems, which led him to contribute to the design and site supervision of over 250 projects. His desire to further expand his expertise drove him into land and project development, where he honed his skills in infrastructure, land subdivision, and negotiations with municipalities. He has also been involved in the construction of high-rise multi-residential complexes. Nicholas is determined to succeed, regardless of the challenges, and his key strengths lie in problem-solving, team leadership, and site organization to ensure the most efficient building process. His strongest trait is his unyielding pursuit of excellence, consistently driving him to deliver the highest quality in every project he undertakes. As Vice-President of Construction, Nicholas oversees all construction projects, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to guide the team. A natural problem solver, he is always available to support his project managers, offering advice and solutions whenever challenges arise. Nicholas remains hands-on, visiting job sites weekly to directly oversee the work and ensure everything is progressing as planned. His leadership and commitment to quality, coupled with his deep understanding of construction processes, help ensure that each project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Olivier began his career 15 years ago at Construction Emmanuel Crevier as a plasterer, then transitioned to carpenter, learning the intricacies of the construction industry directly from Emmanuel. Over the years, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of running a construction project. His background as a tradesman gives him a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality finishes on every job. Recently, Olivier played a key role in completing a challenging data center project alongside our senior site superintendent, rising to the challenge and delivering a successful outcome. Known for his excellent communication skills, Olivier works effectively with both clients and subtrades to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and meets everyone’s expectations. His hands-on experience, combined with his leadership and dedication, makes him an invaluable member of the team.
