Domenic has 37 years of experience in the construction and real estate development sectors. He has been involved in identifying opportunities for real estate acquisitions, provided guidance for all pre-development requirements, led RFP responses, was instrumental in construction management, assisted in property management operations, and lastly was an integral part of many real estate and construction department functions. Domenic has developed and constructed over 20M square feet of industrial facilities, mixed use office buildings, residential and commercial projects. Domenic’s expertise includes conducting extensive due diligence in geotechnical and environmental requirements, and construction methodology. He is also involved in managing ministry approvals, utility connectivity and has a trusted network of subtrades, suppliers, and professionals. Domenic’s extensive experience is vital in overseeing flagship projects as the owner’s representative when tasked with that duty. Domenic ensures clients and professionals are engaged, designs are optimal, schedules and budgets are maintained, and his expertise brings the best resources and support from conception through to delivery.

Francesca Mancini

Francesca has worked for many large General Contractors and Developers in the Montreal area and has been involved in all aspects of the business, from pre-construction, design, leasing, construction, to property management. Being the liaison between clients and the construction team allows her to understand what is necessary to run a project smoothly from start to finish. Francesca has been involved in many industrial projects, office fit-ups and large commercial projects, building strong relationships with clients, professionals, and subtrades over the last 15 years. Francesca thrives on long lasting relationships with her clients and ensuring they are delivered a product that is not only satisfactory to them but exceeds their expectations.

Emmanuel has over 25 years of construction experience. Emmanuel has an excellent understanding of all disciplines and running a job site smoothly. He has developed very close relationships with key subtrades in Quebec. Emmanuel’s experience allows him to reduce the risk of potential issues on site, resolve conflicts, propose alternative construction methodology to increase productivity and reduce long delays. Emmanuel prides himself in delivering quality projects on budget and on schedule.

Richard Mulvale

Richard’s specialty is Development Approvals, Design and Construction. His 22-plus years in the industry has fine tuned his ability to understand construction sequences, costs, design flaws and timing. His experience in Construction across Canada has taught him that there is more than one way to build. He is recognized in the industry as a professional who consistently brings in repeat clients because of his hands-on involvement in each project. His close relationship with the trades promotes a reliable and aggressive tendering process. He keenly understands the client’s needs and helps usher a project from inception to completion.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Tony started out working in the architectural field, then construction management and for the past 15 years as a senior estimator. Tony has managed budgets for projects up to 600 million dollars and has a wide range of experience in all types of construction. Tony’s background in architecture gives him an edge when working on design build projects; he uses his knowledge and experience to assist in the design of projects to ensure the best outcome for the client.

Nicholas Salvatore

Nicholas is a mechanical & electrical engineer by designation. Nicholas has been involved in over 250 projects, from the design phases to delivery. Nicholas passion for construction started at the young age of 8 when he attended his first site meeting by his father’s side. His expertise is building multi-residential complexes, his understanding of construction from not only a design perspective but having been boots on the ground gives him the ability to problem solve at all levels and lead his team to the utmost success.
