Emmanuel has over 30 years of construction experience, starting as a plasterer and carpenter by trade. He is never afraid to put his tool belt on when needed, always ready to step in and lend a hand. With a deep understanding of all disciplines involved in construction, Emmanuel excels at running job sites smoothly and efficiently. Over the years, he has developed strong, trusting relationships with key sub-trades in Quebec, allowing him to navigate projects with ease. His extensive experience enables him to reduce the risk of potential issues on site, resolve conflicts swiftly, and propose alternative construction methodologies that enhance productivity and minimize delays. As Vice President-Partner, Emmanuel oversees all site operations, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards. Richard’s specialty is Development Approvals, Design and Construction. His 22-plus years in the industry has fine tuned his ability to understand construction sequences, costs, design flaws and timing. His experience in Construction across Canada has taught him that there is more than one way to build. He is recognized in the industry as a professional who consistently brings in repeat clients because of his hands-on involvement in each project. His close relationship with the trades promotes a reliable and aggressive tendering process. He keenly understands the client’s needs and helps usher a project from inception to completion.

Controller

Ion brings over 10 years of experience in administration, customer account management and cost analysis. As Controller, he oversees all accounting functions of the business, ensuring smooth financial operations and accuracy. Ion plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and coordinating with subcontractors daily, consistently ensuring that both financial and operational processes are handled with precision. His extensive expertise and attention to detail make him a key member of the team, contributing significantly to the success of the company.

Tony brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, starting his career in architecture before transitioning into construction management. For the past 20 years, he has excelled as a senior estimator, managing budgets for projects as large as $600M. With a broad range of experience across various types of construction, Tony’s architectural background gives him a unique advantage on design-build projects, allowing him to contribute meaningfully to the design process and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. As Vice President of Estimation, Tony plays a critical role in ensuring that project budgets are complete, filling in any gaps when information is missing from drawings. He is also actively involved in negotiating with subtrades and providing ongoing support to project managers throughout the execution of the projects, ensuring that every detail aligns with budget and scope for a successful outcome.

Nicholas Salvatore

Nicholas is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer by designation, with a deep-rooted passion for the construction industry. Growing up alongside his father, he attended his first site meeting at just 8 years old and began working on construction sites at 16. Over the years, Nicholas developed a strong passion for building mechanics and electrical systems, which led him to contribute to the design and site supervision of over 250 projects. His desire to further expand his expertise drove him into land and project development, where he honed his skills in infrastructure, land subdivision, and negotiations with municipalities. He has also been involved in the construction of high-rise multi-residential complexes. Nicholas is determined to succeed, regardless of the challenges, and his key strengths lie in problem-solving, team leadership, and site organization to ensure the most efficient building process. His strongest trait is his unyielding pursuit of excellence, consistently driving him to deliver the highest quality in every project he undertakes. As Vice-President of Construction, Nicholas oversees all construction projects, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to guide the team.
