Legacy Development Group, along with its partners Capital Property Development CPD Inc. and Kastello Immobilier Éric Fortin Mathieu Collette, are pleased to announce LE CELTIS. A 166-unit mixed use development in the heart of LaSalle. Construction of the project will begin in June with Crevier Mancini Leeswood Construction Francesca Mancini Emmanuel Crevier Domenic Fabiano as the general contractor.
